RBT Certification (required)

Must be 18 years of age

High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts

Reliable transportation

Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with

disabilities

Ability to constantly get up/down off floor, move quickly

Comfortable learning our data collection software

Desire to learn and work independently at times

Willingness to undergo a background check

Active BCBA Certification

Current Utah State Licensure

Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA

Ability to pass fingerprinting and criminal background check

Reliable transportation and auto insurance

Experience working with a variety of age ranges and skill

levels in ABA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with

disabilities
